Royal Air Force Staff College course papers
This series contains papers prepared for the Royal Air Force Staff College, founded in 1921. It consists of lectures, exercises, tutorial information and instructions for students.
The RAF College course prepared officers for staff duties and helped them to understand lessons learned from experiences of aerial operations. An overseas RAF Staff College formed at Haifa in 1944. The college closed in January 1997, when the Joint Services Command and Staff College was formed. Consisting of 2681 files, the Staff College papers feature topics related to the First and Second World Wars, Interwar period and the Cold War.
