Aircraft recognition training - Vulcan
Aircraft recognition training film on the Avro Vulcan bomber aircraft, in which Vulcans are seen in the air and on the ground and the aircraft’s key recognition features are highlighted.
An Avro Vulcan bomber aircraft is seen making a flypast during the 1952 Farnborough air display and an Avro 707 experimental aircraft is seen on the ground as the narrator briefly explains the Vulcan's development and the advantages of a delta wing. A Vulcan is seen on the ground, taxiing, taking off and landing as the narrator points out the aeroplane's recognition features, with the aid of an animated diagram.
