RAF and Royal Observer Corps (ROC) teams participate in an aircraft recognition contest held at the Science Museum in London and Frederick Handley Page presents the trophy, a model Handley Page Victor bomber aircraft, to the winning ROC team. The prototype Victor (WB771) is then seen in the air and on the ground as the narrator points out various recognition features. Animated diagrams are also used to illustrate each point.
