A Handley Page Hampden bomber aircraft of 44 Squadron, a Vickers Wellington bomber aircraft of 99 Squadron and Lockheed Hudson, Armstrong Whitworth Whitley and Blackburn Botha bomber aircraft are each seen in the air and on the ground in separate sequences as the narrator describes key recognition features for each aeroplane. Diagrams are also used to emphasise important points for each type. Aircraft dimensions are also given in title screens.
