Recording of an interview by Squadron Leader Jackson Dymond with Mrs Maud Flint, who worked at the Grahame-White factory, Hendon as a seamstress from 1914 to 1916.
Maud Flint worked as a seamstress at the Grahame-White aeroplane factory from 1914 to 1916. She describes various aspects of life and work at Hendon during this period. Her nephew, Mr Vast, was also present and comments on his own experience of Hendon during this time, and on his own Second World War service in the Middle East.
