Interview with William Elms, covering his interwar service in Malta, work for Imperial Airways and work as an instructor at Halton and Henlow.
William Elms continues his account of service in Malta during the 1920s, including various aspects of aircraft maintenance. He returned to the UK in 1927 and left the RAF in 1929 for a job with Imperial Airways, working in various locations around the Mediterranean. After returning to the UK he worked as an instructor at RAF Halton and RAF Henlow from 1933 to 1960.
