Film in which Handley Page Victor and Avro Vulcan bomber aircraft and Blue Steel missiles are seen on the ground. Hugh Fraser, Secretary of State for Air, meets the aircrew.
A Handley Page Victor bomber aircraft lands and is seen parked with a Blue Steel missile in its bomb-bay. Groundcrew manoeuvre a Blue Steel into position under a Victor's bomb-bay, a Blue Steel is fuelled and a line of Blue Steels is seen in a building. Hugh Fraser, Secretary of State for Air, is interviewed and is seen meeting Victor and Vulcan aircrew. Victors and Vulcans are seen taking off.
