Official programme for Royal Air Force Leuchars Battle of Britain ‘At Home’ Day. Priced at 50 pence, all proceeds went to the Royal Air Force charities.

Sixteen-page programme. Contents include information on the static displays, ground demonstrations, pleasure flying and the Phantom simulator as well as the flying display programme. Leuchars had been involved with flying since 1911 but the Royal Air Force Station at Leuchars was established in 1920 and in March 1936 became part of Costal Command. In September 1950 it became a Fighter Command station and in 1985 was the only Royal Air Force front-line station to hold an ‘At Home’ day.
