Recorded interview with Colin Eames, who flew as a navigator in Hercules aircraft. He also worked on VIP transport, operations planning and the development of new transport and airdrop techniques.

Colin Eames remembers training as a navigator in Hercules transport aircraft and describes operations with 48 Squadron. He was a navigation instructor at RAF Finningley and a flight commander on 24 Squadron, coordinated VIP transport in VC10 and Tristar aircraft and was involved in operations planning during the Falklands War. He describes his work as commanding officer of the Joint Air Transport Evaluation Unit, developing new transport and supply-dropping techniques.
