Recorded interview with Richard Northcote, who served as a pilot in Hawker Hunter and Phantom aircraft, including an exchange tour with the US Air Force and command of 74 Squadron.

Richard Northcote remembers training as a Hawker Hunter pilot and flying with 208 Squadron in Bahrain. He then flew Phantoms with 54 Squadron and on an exchange tour with the US Air Force. He remembers intercepting Soviet aircraft while a flight commander with 111 Squadron, ground tours and command of 74 Squadron with Phantoms. He comments on further ground tours and time as Group Captain Air Defence at Boscombe Down.
