Recorded interview with Alan Sully, who served as a navigator in Vulcan maritime patrol aircraft and in Phantom and Tornado F.3 air defence aircraft, including participation in Operation Deny Flight.

Alan Sully was a navigator in Vulcan maritime reconnaissance aircraft of 27 Squadron. He converted to the Phantom and describes aspects of the air defence role while flying with 43 Squadron from RAF Leuchars. He converted to the Tornado F3 and flew with 5 and 29 Squadrons, including Exercises Red Flag and Green Flag and Operation Deny Flight. He went on to work in advisory roles relating to air defence.
