Interview with David Castle, who served as a navigator in Vulcan aircraft during the 1982 Falklands War, including Operation Black Buck, and in Buccaneer aircraft during the 1991 Gulf War.

David Castle flew as a navigator in Vulcan aircraft with 50 Squadron at RAF Waddington. He describes preparations for the 1982 Falklands War, deploying to Ascension Island and Operations Black Buck 4 and 5. He describes Black Buck 6, including a diversion to land at Rio de Janeiro. During the 1991 Gulf War he flew Buccaneer aircraft, working with Tornado aircraft to identify targets to be attacked with laser-guided bombs.
