Recorded interview with Sergeant Jeff Elliott, 27 July 2022

Jeff Elliott served with the British Army and alongside the RAF in 63 Parachute Squadron, 47 Air Despatch Regiment and the Joint Helicopter Support Unit, including the 1982 Falklands War.

Jeff Elliott served with the British Army in 63 Parachute Squadron and 47 Air Despatch Squadron. He then moved to the Joint Helicopter Support Unit and describes his work with RAF Puma and Wessex helicopters He remembers the introduction of the Chinook helicopter to RAF service and his deployment for the 1982 Falklands War. He describes his work with Bravo November, the only British Chinook to operate through the conflict.
