Daniela Nowalski was an RAF logistics officer, including service as a movements officer in the UK, Iraq and Afghanistan. She discusses her work at the RAF’s Tedder Academy of Leadership.

Daniela Nowalski served as a logistics officer at RAF St Mawgan. She specialised as an air movements officer, deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan and was aide de camp to Air Vice Marshal Richard Lacey, commander British forces Cyprus. She commanded the Logistics Squadron at RAF Waddington. She discusses her experience of leadership, organising a baton relay to mark the RAF’s centenary and her work at the Tedder Academy of Leadership.
