RAF Hendon sequences, 1957

RAF officers and several aircraft are seen at RAF Hendon as flying operations ended, including a de Havilland Devon, a Sopwith Camel, an Avro Anson and a de Havilland Chipmunk.

A De Havilland Devon passenger aircraft, a First World War Sopwith Camel fighter aircraft and an Avro Anson passenger aircraft are seen on the ground, a Devon is seen in air-to-air footage over the airfield, a pilot is seen in the Anson’s cockpit and a Devon taxis past the Grahame White hangar and takes off as an officer salutes.
