Four security passes for the London Aerodrome, Hendon, two blank, one issued to Thomas Kemp-Walton, the other to H. Ritchie

These security passes would have been used to gain access to the London Aerodrome at Hendon in 1914 and 1915.

Hendon Aerodrome was an incredibly important location in Britain's aviation history and was officially in use from 1908 until the closure of the RAF station on 1 April 1987. In the 1910s when these passes would have been used, the site was most notable as the location of the Grahame-White Aviation Company, although multiple flying schools had been set up at Hendon.
