Vulcan scramble
Film in which four Vulcan bomber aircraft are seen on operational readiness platforms beside a runway. An order is given to scramble and the aircraft take off in rapid succession.
The bomber controller in an operations room orders an exercise scramble and four Vulcan bomber aircraft are seen on operational readiness platforms next to a runway. The Vulcans’ engines are started and the Vulcans are seen from different viewpoints, including a pilot’s point of view, as they taxi onto the runway and take off in rapid succession. The four Vulcans are then seen climbing away, leaving black smoke behind them.
