Red Cross Amman RAF

Film in which RAF Argosy and Hercules transport aircraft are seen delivering Red Cross supplies and vehicles to Amman in Jordan. Supplies are manually transferred to trucks and driven away.

Supplies are transferred by hand from an RAF Argosy transport aircraft to a Red Cross truck at Amman, Jordan, and the Argosy’s interior is seen as supplies are moved. An engineer works on an Argosy’s engine, Red Cross trucks drive away, the engines of a Hercules transport aircraft are started and the Hercules taxis. Red Cross vehicles are driven out of a Hercules and move off and an Argosy taxis.
