Commemorative scroll of Sgt Harold Ellison

This example from the Second World War, bears the royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom and the text 'GVI RI' (Georgius VI Rex Imperator - George VI King-Emperor). It was claimed by the family of Sgt Harold Ellison, an Air Bomber on Avro Lancaster Mk. III ND681, which crashed on the night of 15/16 March 1944.
