The Napier Lion VII was a racing version of the popular Lion engine, used widely in the 1920s. The VII powered racing aircraft as well as record breaking land and sea vehicles.

Trophy presented by the town of Walsall on the 6th October 1927 to commemorate the winning of the Schneider Trophy at Venice on 26th September 1927 by Flight Lieutenant Sidney Webster.

Circular silver plaque mounted on a wooden disc below which is an engraved name plate.

Schneider Trophy Miniature

Miniature of the Schneider Trophy presented to the then Flight Lieutenant Sidney Webster, who flew the Supermarine S.5 to win the 1927 Schneider Trophy. Around the base are recorded the names of the winning teams of the trophy from 1927, 1929 and 1931.

Medal Bar of Air Marshal Sir Leonard Horatio Slatter. He was awarded the DSC and bar for nine combat victories and for his bombing attacks on Zeebrugge Mole His DFC was a 1919 New Year's Honour and therefore without citation.
