Fairey Battle Mk I

This Battle served with Coastal Command in Iceland for a brief period from August 1940 before crashing in bad weather. Its two crew members were injured but were able to reach safety after a two-day walk which included crossing three rivers.

Supermarine Stranraer 920/CF-BXO

The Stranraer was the final development of the Southampton flying boat to be put into production and was one of the world’s last biplane flying boats. The Museum's example served in Canada during the Second World War.

North American Harvard IIB

The North American Harvard trainer was built in great numbers with 17096 being produced. By the end of the Second World War over 5000 had been supplied to British and Commonwealth Air Forces.
