Rectangular landscape format wooden frame with clear plastic front, containing, on red fabric background, the sew-on uniform type Squadron Crests of six RAF Sepecat Jaguar Squadrons, Nos. 6,14,17, 20, 31 and 41. Each with engraved name plaque of individual Qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI) Course members beneath it, plus small presentation plaque above them in the centre. Suspension chord at the rear.

A gilt, Maltese cross enamelled white with tracing lines, forked ends and ball finials, the interstices filled by gold lions. At top an oak leaf cluster with loop and suspender ring. Centrally in the cross a white medallion bearing, appliqued in gold, a branch of the Union plant - rose, thistle and shamrock on one stem - surrounded by three crowns - within a crimson border lettered TRIA JUNCTA IN UNO, all within a green laurel wreath with, below it, a blue scroll lettered ICH DIEN. Obverse and reverse the same. Crimson sash.
