Two pairs of conjoined laurel leaves supporting an eagle with out-streched wings with a crown above, all in silver gilt. The separate metal elements rivetted to a patch of black melton cut to shape with a shaped steel sheet stiffener behind. The arches of the crown filled with red velvet.
