Two pairs of conjoined laurel leaves supporting an eagle with out-stretched wings with a crown above, all in silver gilt. The separate metal elements soldered to a patch of black melton cut to shape with a shaped brass sheet stiffener behind. The arches of the crown filled with red velvet and jewels of red, green and blue.
