Long, double-breasted, blue-grey Fleece cloth coat with a fold down collar, shoulderboards bearing rank to Flying Officer in Full Dress lace and belt fastening with a pinless leather covered buckle. Flapped, inset pockets in front at waist level, cut slightly sloping to rear. Long centre rear vent. Front closes with three pairs of large uniform buttons tapering downwards to the waist. Three small uniform buttons mounted at the rear of each cuff. All uniform buttons gilded metal.
