Blue-grey knee length, double-breasted coat with wide, round collar. Five buttons on each side. Fabric waist belt which fastens with two buttons. Inset, flapped pockets on either side at hip level. Centre rear vent which can be buttoned closed when required. Small uniform button on lower part of left skirt engages with a concealed tab so as to keep skirt closed in windy weather.

Double-breasted, calf-length, blue 'Aquatite' coat closing with five pairs of gilt uniform buttons. Single small button with tab to close skirt. Long central rear vent closing with two small gilt buttons. Fabric waist belt retained by belt loops fastened with two gilding metal crown and eagle buttons. Two inset pockets on skirt with flaps. Sleeves end with large cuffs. Garment fully lined in buff grey wool.

Blue-grey calf length, single-breasted 'Aquatite' coat closing with four gilt uniform buttons and a small gilt button and tab to close the skirt. Belt loops to hold fabric waist belt with single pinned buckle. Inset, flapped pockets on either side at hip level. Centre rear vent with single button. Cuff straps with two buttons. With full length checked cotton lining.
