Large rectangular light brown and red paper banknote. Face; On the left and on the right borders – there is stripe of ornament. In the centre there is the silhouette of coat of arms of German Empire, denomination 1000. Above denomination there are gothic inscription in 4 lines: REICHSBANKNOTE. / EIN TAUSEND MARK / ZAHLT DIE REICHSBANKHAUPTKASSE IN BERLIN OHNE LEGI- / TIMATIONSPRÜFUNG DEM EINLIEFERER DIEFER BANKNOTE 1000. BERLIN, DEN 21. APRIL 1910. / REICHSBANKDIREKTORIUM. Beneath – signatures over abbreviation of Reichsbankdirektorium – RBD , in the right bottom corner – sign of issue – uppercase letter H. In the left and right upper corners – denomination 1000, in the left and right bottom corners – red stamping of Reichsbankdirektorium. On the left side of the banknote are blue security fibres. Back: In the centre of the banknote there is the shield with coat of arms of German Empire and wreath of fruits and flowers. On the left – woman with oar, on the right – woman with cornucopia. On the upper and on the bottom borders – there is red serial number Nr 7647624E. All within a border of 1000 within small circle. Creased but good.

Circular silver medallion. Obverse - Hermes standing on a cliff edge surrounded by winged border. Reverse - within a crowned laurel wreath the inscription THE ROYAL AERO CLUB engraved below JOHN DUNVILLE BALLOON VOYAGE ACROSS IRISH SEA February 1910.

Oblong piece of rubberised fabric envelope from "Lebaudy" morning Post airship crash at Farnborough 1911. The outside skin is lead chromate (yellow) and has "Part of "Lebaudy" envelope (airship) after smash up Farnboro" written in ink pen. Small news paper fragment reads "See Friday mornings paper" written on in ink.
