Calf length skirt with two vertically opening flap and button pockets in the front, an opening down the left side seem closing with press studs and an integral belt with a single pin, leather covered buckle.

Khaki serge jacket without shoulder straps and with the lapel extending fully to the right shoulder and falling to the wearer's left to a central position across the jacket. Vertical pockets at waist level fastened with a horn button, but no flap; the edge of the pocket aperture buttons back to the body of the jacket. Tabs on cuffs. The fall part of the collar closes with hooks and eyes. With original RFC embroidered shoulder titles and Sergeant's stripes to which have been added inappropriate Flight Sergeant's star-bossed propeller badges, attached by machine stitching. To be removed.

Lower button shows below belt. Integral fabric belt with two prong gilt buckle. Single gold rank lace at cuffs. Lapel badges have been removed.
