Circular, gold with articulated crown suspender. Obverse - right profile head of the Emperor Franz Joseph within a legend reading FRANCISCUS IOS. D.G. IMP. AUST. REX BOH. ETC. ET REX. APOST. HVNG. within a border of tiny, paired laurel leaves and a raised rim. Reverse - within a wreath of oak, right, and laurel, left, SIGNUM LAUDIS, all within a border of dots and a raised rim. The edge engraved DEIN LETZTER OFFIZIERSLEHRKURS ARMEESCHULE 1913. Ribbon - horizontal pin stripes of red and white with a red, inner, and white, outer, border. Gold crossed swords on ribbon.

A white metal cross pattee painted black leaving a silver edge. Obverse - in relief on the vertical arm, top to bottom, a crown, W and 1914. Reverse - in relief on vertical arm, top to bottom, a crown, FW, a three leaf spray of oak and 1813. Ribbon - black with white edges.

A silver cross pattee enamelled white with red edges bearing a circular medallion white with red edge lettered in silver VER DIENST. The interstices of the cross joined by a gold laurel wreath. Reverse - plain silver with white central medallion. Ribbon - red and white horizontal pin stripes with red inner and white outer edges. Gold crossed swords on ribbon.

Centrally a medallion - obverse - within a white ring lettered in gold FORTITUDINI, the arms of Austria, red, white, red in horizontal bands. Reverse - the combined monogram of Maria Theresa and Francis within a green laurel circlet. Ribbon - white with broad red edges.
