Gold cross pattee enamelled red with white edges bearing a circular medallion, red edged white, the centre mounted with a gold monogram FJI and the ring lettered INTEGRITAT ET MERITO. Reverse - within a gold oak wreath in high relief OPES REGUM CORDA SUBDITORUM. The cross connected by a loop to a crown suspender with ribbons and two sprays of green leaves. Ribbon - red with white edges and gold crossed swords.

Emerging from a jewelled band at base, a double-headed eagle with a sword and sceptre in its right claw and an orb in its left with a blue shield on its chest bearing F and at either side two sprays of laurel enamelled green. On its back a blue shield bearing 1815. The two heads of the eagle linked by ribbons to a crown with ring suspender connected to an oval loop decorated with dots of white enamel representing pearls. All metal gold colour. Ribbon - yellow with blue edges and gold crossed swords.
