Front; CINQUIËME SËRIE BON REGIONAL across top with VINGT-CINQ CENTIMES below. 0.25 top and bottom right corner, dated 24 October 1915 with terms of use and signatures below. Rear; Large 0.25 central with small 0.25 at each corner with 9 lines of French writing below ÉMISSION de 4 millions de FRANCS. Taped tear and badly creased.

Long, brown leather coat, the front of double flap construction buttoning with six buttons concealed in a fly on the right side. The collar cut deep at the back and lower at the front with a cross-over flap and two buttons to enable it to be fastened as a standing collar round the neck. Single large flapped pocket below waist on left side fastening with press studs. Large, diagonal map pocket without flap on chest with opening on right. Sleeves ending in wrist bands with press stud closure. Two attachment loops at rear to tale a broad leather waist belt, but no belt present. Lined throughout, including collar, in camel coloured woollen fabric. Small internal breast pocket. Condition - the leather supple.
