Cup, The Withers

Large, silver, two handled cup and cover. The handles are fluted with a leaf design top and bottom, the upper rim of the cup is decorated with alternate star rosettes and columns while the lower part is fluted. Engraved on one side with ‘Presented by J. E. Withers’.
