On a patch of black melton cut to shape, two large sprays of laurel overlaid with a small silver eagle, the whole surmounted by a crown. The sprays in gold wire, the eagle in silver metal, the crown in full colours.

Brown leather, calf-length coat with woollen lining and fur collar. Double layer cross-over flap across front with buttons in fly. Waist belt with black metal buckle. The interior fitted with leather leg straps, press stud fasteners, to retain the coat across the legs.
