Dark blue, single-breasted, serge, four button jacket with turn-over collar and small lapels. Straight flapped, inset pockets in skirts, no vent at rear. Two small buttons, vertically, at each cuff. All buttons black horn with crowned fouled anchor. Body lined in black sateened cotton, sleeves in white cotton. Red embroidered eagle badge on right upper arm.

Left hand of a pair of tan leather 5-fingered gauntlets with a mitten type hood, which folds back when not in use and is secured by a press stud. Printed inside are the words "MUFFLE GLOVE 1907 MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN", and "FOWNES M.G. PATENT 4142 1907".
